30-day Return Policy
Our goal at Justly Wed is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of custom design pieces, you may return your item to Justly Wed within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for missing or damaged goods must be received within two business days of receipt of items.
You will be entitled to either a full refund or an exchange equal to the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds for returned items will be made in the same payment form as was tendered for the sale. Refunds for orders paid by check will be issued 10 business days following the sale of the item(s).
Returning or Exchanging an Item
Call Customer Service at 888.JW4.LGBT (888.594.5428) to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return Authorization numbers are good for 10 days.
Put the item(s), in the original packaging, into a box. Include the sales receipt and write the reason for the return and the Return Authorization number on the receipt.
Ship the package by registered mail through the US Postal Service. Insure the package for the full amount of the item(s). Please ensure that you receive a tracking number for your package. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Justly Wed is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
