JUSTLY WED Launches New Website Offering Wedding and Commitment Rings for LGBT Community
CARRBORO, North Carolina, (June 15, 2008) - Justly Wed is a gay-owned, e-commerce wedding and commitment jewelry company whose target market is the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) communities. The company plans to launch http://www.JustlyWed.com on June 21, 2008 and then begin touring the country’s gay and lesbian Pride Festivals to spread the word about the unique community-based website. By partnering with the second-largest wedding ring manufacturer in the jewelry industry and utilizing their own custom design capabilities, Justly Wed will offer consumers an infinite number of possibilities for wedding and commitment rings.

Co-owner and psychologist, Dr. Michelle Joshua, believes, “Rings are our culture’s symbol for a loving relationship that connotes commitment and marriage. Justly Wed is a vehicle for increasing awareness and popularity of commitment rings for LGBT couples. Justly Wed’s marketing and brand identity campaign serves to integrate two core values in the company’s esteem-- marriage equality and jewelry design. By engaging the community through informal social networks, viral video campaigns, and its own blog, Justly Said, Justly Wed’s creative marketing strategies intend to attract the creative class to which it belongs.
Towards this aim, Justly Wed is reaching out to the community with one of their first initiatives, the JW Ring Design Contest. Submissions will be accepted online over the next six months and people are encouraged to share their ideas, sketches, and stories.
